Travel Fees

Standard Travel Fee: $75.00
8:00am - 8:00pm.
After Hours Travel Fee: $125.00
Outside Normal Business Hours / Severe Weather / Holidays.
Additional Travel Mileage
For locations beyond 10 miles from ZIP 97008, an additional $2.00 per mile will be added for every mile exceeding the 10 - mile radius.

$10.00 Per Notarial Act

Valid Identification Documents are required to positively identify each client or witness.  Acceptable ID documents include: any DMV issued ID card or driver license, US passport, or officially recognized passport of a foreign country, US military ID, Tribal ID card, government documents containing the person's photograph and signature, and corrections ID.

 
All forms of identification must include both a picture and a signature.

Service Fees

Professional Services: $30.00
On-site time applies to all apointments. Appointments that go over allotted 30 minutes time slot may be subjected to $20.00 per 15 minute extension. 
Notarial Certificates Added: $10.00
A state approved Notarial Certificate will be attached to documents lacking required notarial format/verbiage. $10.00 each. 
Scan and Email (up to 10 pages): $10.00
Scanning and emailing more than 10 pages adds $0.25 per page.
Courier Mileage (per mile): $1.50
 
Document Handling.
Witness Fee: $80.00
Per witness provided by us to attend your appointment.
